  • Fulfill contractual obligations

  • Resolve disputes

  • Enforce agreements

AI-generated outputs do not constitute medical, legal, accounting, financial, tax, investment, psychological, or other professional advice.

8. AI Implementation and Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

Pairwise Solutions LLC acts primarily as an implementer, integrator, administrator, and service provider of artificial intelligence solutions.

Pairwise Solutions LLC does not own, control, or operate the underlying artificial intelligence models, cloud infrastructure, telecommunications networks, software platforms, APIs, or third-party services used to provide the Services.

Service interruptions, outages, limitations, delays, policy changes, pricing changes, security incidents, or functionality changes affecting third-party providers may impact the Services.

9. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect information.

However:

  • No security system is perfect.

  • No method of transmission is completely secure.

  • No platform can guarantee absolute security.

Users should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information.

10. Limitation of Liability Related to Data
